I think that Harley is a rare beast--seems to me they tried sticker slapping some Italian bikes with their name for a while back then. Maybe find a buyer on eBay for the hulk? Everyone loves the Harley name nowadays!

The little CR125 should be a great little screamer for your boy. It has the ability to annoy neighbors in a 10 block radius around your place, even with a muffler!! You should be able to find Honda parts on eBay for it. It seems to me they were a decent dirt bike for their time...lots of power.



I was having great fun on a '72 Hodaka Super Rat at about that era. It was a 100cc machine that I eventually bought a kit for to boost it to 125cc. I rode the bag off it and traded it off for a '79 Yam SC500 motocrosser, which I still have. But not in as good a shape as your kart!! Sure miss that old Hodie!
