Just got a good hit from my craigslist ad

Was just contacted a short while ago from a lady who's company is taking over an apartment complex, and they are replacing a bunch of appliances. She said they have about 30 (mix of fridge, washer, dryer, etc) right now, with more to come. I have a 16ft flatbed trailer, so it will take me 3 trips. So I can get it done in one day I will pickup and then dump at my property, to break down later. She said they will have more as they continue to replace. Hopefully I can turn this into my 3rd apartment complex where they call me when they have stuff to pick up.
