I agree with TheHoss. Go back.
Unless this yard really is paying .02/lb, then find a new yard.
In the future keep an eye on weights and pay out. One yard almost stiffed me 400 bucks.

yeaa i mean my yard is great they really take care of you.. they will unload your appliances with the skid steers and really work the scales so it comes out in your favor.
Hopefully it was an honest mistake that they are willing to rectify. I am in the middle of nowhere, a thousand miles from steel refineries and still getting $150/ton for tin locally....quite a bit more if I were willing to make the 190 mile haul to Denver.
Yeah, Mick is right, Light Iron and tin are the same thing so doesn't matter if it is mixed. 600 pounds either way I would of got $48.00 and seems the yard I have to go to pays lower on everything from what all the others on here make.
oh those cans are are from me and family and friends heavy coke drinkers lol. yeah tjlock iwas thinking $40 all the way there. just wasnt to be heh
oh yeah and i got close friend that was over and has worked at one for years. i dont go to becuase it not ont he way to get my bro from work. and he said there giving 90 cents a lb for cans. and that hes been told they given the best prices. think was actually bothering him today showing him different metals asking him what they are haha
