    Selling out

    I will be putting a new add up on the sellers thread mon or tues just can't hack it any more. and can find no one to do it my way. May be interested in either cash or percentage. or ?

    We have been down this route before......I'm interested in stuff in Nashville and perhaps Birmingham if the logistics can be worked out........Nashville is a two and 1/2 hour haul from my house

    I always like things done my way, it's not always the right way though and it has cost me more than I want to admit! I keep learning to find a better way.
