How NOT to clean up a site

I've done clean ups that bad. Sadly the property owner handled it poorly and wont see this info but I will throw it out,
for that sort of work you DO NOT want to hire a recycler, a general contractor or a demo company at a set price with all scrap turned in and the money returned to the property owner or subtracted from the bill. and yes the contractor can cheat you, but it would definitely be better then what was done to these people. now all they have is trash and wont see a penny of the scrap money to offset the cost of the clean up.
