    I agree. I'm not a huge fan of the DEQ/DPA/DEP in some cases, but they need to be called here. There are explosives, chemicals in uncovered containers (Likely there have been spills at some point), mixed chemicals, and who knows what else. This is a pretty bad problem.

    That said, I'd still be willing to do the cleanup for a fee, provided that there are no legal issues. That's where the DEQ comes in....
