Last month in unit and closing my LLC.

I am closing my business officially and plan to keep going on the side. Luckily, I have one IT company left feeding me scrap every 3 - 4 weeks. The owner of IT company has been watching the market and understands my struggle. He has expressed that I can pay him every 3 - 4 months or not even at all depending how much more commodities drop. He is just happy everything is getting recycled. I keep a book of what I buy, who it's from and for how much. I just keep a tally of everything from him and plan on getting squared away with him later.

I sat on everything to long waiting for the price to go up. I have accepted my failure and it only took 8 months to realize it. If I would of quit in February, I wouldn't of burned through all my profits. I realized my mistakes and have a better idea of what kind of direction I will drive my next company towards.

Sounds like you are beating yourself up RR. Hope not. I have the same thoughts go through my head everyday. Should have done this, shouldn't have done that, etc. And I'm not even talking about buying and selling based on markets. Just everyday decisions.

Gotta fight those thoughts off and think positive. Good luck in your future endeavors.

I know I was considering starting an official business a few months ago. Now I am glad that I didn't bother jumping in full time. Just keeping it small time for now and doing other things to pay the bills.

Best of Luck to you in whatever you pursue.
