Be sure and let us know. My pile of wire needing to be stripped is getting out of control.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

i usually HATE spending money, but i figure this will help me make more money, and pay for itself after a while, ill get it. I found that stripping wire by hand isnt worth it, but with this it makes it look so easy. Im hopefully ordering it tonight or tomorrow.

I hate to start another thread so ill just ask here. does anyone know what this is and a guess on what it weighs? i found it in the woods the other day

I have the exact same on. My wife bought it for my birthday. It works great! Takes a little getting use to when setting the depth of the blade. Much better then my old way with a utility knife. LOL

Thats what i was hoping the utility knife way sucked! i stripped 35 ish pounds of it and i had over 15-20 man hours into doing it. should make my life 10x easier especially with all the wiring ive been getting lately

and thanks parrothead, it does look exactly the same. id actually call it the great grandfather of that one though lol

i purchased the same stripper about 3 months agi, and i have a hard time with it in the beginning... this item could have a little imporvment... the wheels that tighten the wire are of center the blades they give you are nothing special,,,, to be honest i should have saved some for cash and purchased the one that another guy is selling on ebay small silver one you can attach to a drill press. i thik i will make that purchase soon, because this one helped but it could have a little better in my honest opinion... good luck with it.

    farm implement

We call that a "tedder" where I'm from, it tosses the hay up to turn it for drying.
