    Curb SHopping

So i took a load of shred in yesterday. I figured pricing would be up from the last time i went(mid-March), but I did not call on. This yard is usually one of the higher ones around and I am comfortable at it so i just go. To my surprise, the price had doubled to .06/lb from my last visit.. Now, I had stopped curb shopping almost 8 months ago due to low pricing(most of my shred is from electronics), and I had always figured that .08/lb is a worth while price to start actively looking/grabbing shred type material again(at least for me). Well, I was so happy with my price on Saturday, I went ahead and started curb shopping today. Glad I did, I found a good deal of wire, a small TV with a built in DVD player for the garage(I have been looking for one ), bed frames, car stereo's, and old Sega system and other metal odds and ends. It was fun to get out and look again.

Spring will do that to you, especially with higher prices, although the difference between winter and spring in SC and around here might not be the same

Probably not...didn't seem like we really even had a winter this year.

When it was .02 I still would take dense heavy for size metals or computers
By me we are at .07 # so it's game on, to find any metal item hold it and say
    heck this is worth $1.20
Knowing you can do that 50 more times by the time you get home
    is a good day
