Big day tomorrow. Going to have at least three huge loads, #tonsoffun

I was contacted today by the facilities maintenance supervisor from my old work at a newspaper. He's in charge of seven sites in Ohio and they are removing the presses out of the main site because they no longer print there. He has told me to come and get everything I can , I'm allowed to get anything other than parts of the press. When I work there I would dream about scrapping all kinds of things from there taking it apart getting paid for the immense weight of these items. I get things from copper-bearing Motors two computers to Old Telecom equipment to light ballast I am just super super excited and I don't know if I can control myself. I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas morning I don't know if I will sleep tonight, I will post pics, have to share a day like this.

Looks like you have a lot of good stuff. I just skimmed through them very quickly because they all fell over and it's hard for me to look at pics like that.

I did notice one that looked like someone had a burrito.

Especially if those Timken boxes still have new bearings in them.

A lot of the bearings are brand new but they go to paper press parts, wouldn't know where to send or advertise them lol.

After all the responses you've gotten you say this? More than press machines use bearings. i'm tired. Mike

Advertise (or have someone do it for you) on Ebay using the Timken name and part number. Even in our small town there is a business that does Ebay consignments, they just take a percentage of what it sells for. They take the pictures and write the description. If you would get 5. for a part is a whole lot more than 20 cent scrap.

I am a noon when it comes to this stuff, I have plenty of repair experience and resale on big items, I have never used ebay, not even bought off of it Mike. Sorry to seen I'm a moron but my inexperience shows. Didn't have a father to show me anything about life, so self taught here and still learning.

Crazy, I just gave you an out so you don't even have to mess with Ebay yourself, they do it for you.
