    Help me settle an argument

The wife and I are pretty big fans of the show how I met your mother. On of the episodes that stand out is the one where barney and ted keep saying they're "international buisnessmen". So any time we talk about my business and I get frustrated, I hit my fist on the nearest surface and say darn it, I'm an international businessman. She always says I'm not. I say on the forum I talk to people from different countries about business, therefore I'm an international businessman. So how about it? Is talking business close enough, or do we have to exchange money?

I'm sure some of my scrap has gone out of the country, so I'm also an international businessman. And it sounds a lot better than "alley entrepreneur". I say go with it.

I suppose that depends on how you describe your business. Is your business strictly the transfer of good for cash or does it also encompass working for goodwill among the people?

I would say you would actually have to exchange money from out of the US. So if you bought something from China that was shipped to your house for your scrap business, then yes. But just taking stuff to the local scrap metal yard no. Sorry.

Wait...settle a bet between you and your wife? You do realize that, as long as you're married, she is always right? Even when she's not...?

I'm hardly involved with the disagreements with MY wife why would I ever want to get into your disagreement???? Here give this a go: Be very quiet and wait for the disturbances in the force to subside. 73 Mike

Well I just sold a broken Ipod to someone in Thailand on ebay. I guess that makes me a international businessman.

Is that the How I Met Your Mother equivalent of the Conehead "We're from France."?
