im trying that photo site for the first time. photobucket i dumped. useing via cell phone photobucked was impossible due to their adds and malware... i wanted to know on this board if those orange pieces are tantalum capacitors

I believe they are relays. I'm reasonably sure they are not capacitors of any kind. The reddish blobs to the right are caps but not Ta.

They are relays. Google the numbers on components and most of the time you'll find it.
