    gold bearing tube tvs

    Found a nice group of old tube TVs with lots of nice gold plating on them. This is the first bunch I've found with gold like this

    Those are commercial TV's, marketed to hotels and institutional accounts. They may be built from sturdier stuff. Or not.

    Are you referring to gold plate on the pins or the board, itself?
