This may have been done before, but I thought I'd share a hack I came up with for my trailer (forgive me if ya'll have done the same thing and I am just late to the show). I cut the ladder in a manner that I can just slip it into place and it won't come out without bringing one side forward to remove from a diagonal. Now I can just load up and slip a tailgate into place where it is needed easily.
