    According to Ebay they sell new for $0.10 to $0.40 each

    Pulls won't get you much, if anything, unless it's a collectible brand like Sprague.

    eBay might not be the right place to sell them, if you want to harvest caps as usable parts. Vintage audio is where these things seem to see the most use so maybe those forums and settings are a more direct route.

    Scrap value is probably nothing. However, if you sell your low grade boards, where these things tend to dwell, depop will just trim weight.
