    This is my messy work area

    I just recently retired from the Shipyard here in Kittery but I have been scrapping for 45 years. The last year I have mostly collected stuff except for steel/shred, so as you can imagine my area is a total shambles so I would say this is my starting point to clean it up.
    i will post something every few days and more photos of stuff out back and under my back porch lol

    Old dogs care about you even when you make mistakes;
    God bless little children while they're still too young to hate

    Congratulations on your retirement. Retirement is a great life for a scrapper. I look forward to your posts and good luck at getting your collection under control. From experience I can tell you will be disappointed, you can never take a day off. Good luck.

    I collected to much & now have the wisdom to find it and sell it . Find more .
    It's ok to hoard Gold Silver as in Bullion
    Copper / Brass - Lead - Even some aluminum in 40 gallon garbage pails
    (i'd say a pet project of AL heat sinks)
    But the confusing mess of raw scrap can sure get annoying .
    I'll take an ounce of silver - opposed to an Oven and Fridge sitting in the yard any day of the week
    But sure enough an Oven and Fridge does buy some silver.

    Copper Head and CopperHeadAKA (same person)
    I am back to my skill set from the 80's Painting & all that follows it
    I removed myself from the trash company I worked for as of 2 years ago
    I find scrap non the less

    Hope your tools arnt under it lol. Gotta admit though before I got my system I use now. That was my everyday. Congratulations on achieving retirement. Seems that is becoming a thing of the past like dinner around a table and house phones.
