I crush em'. Takes longer to fill the bag but it pays better. We fill a bag about once a month at the household. 98% beer cans

I crush our cans that don't have a deposit (MI 10c). Unfortunately, a lot of Michiganders throw their cans away that can't be returned at stores.

I crush mine. It avoids open container laws when they are throne into the back of a pickup after a day of branding.

I crush them. It gives me something to do when I get bored and I don't have to take that garbage can full of cans to the yard as much. My brother was lazy and never did though. he'd bring in a whole truck load of cans and get about the same as me with one half filled 32 gallon trash can of crushed cans. I also used to run the can machine at the yard sometimes. They had like an endless supply of cans for some reason and it would still take 3 weeks to fill a 53' dry van.
