    Church Rummage Sale

This is a big one they made $150 K last year, sale goes from Thursday to Saturday at 11 am.

In the past years I have done well with there bag sale for $2 - $3 per bag for the last hour on Saturday I got lots of insulated wire and other stuff every year there was some competition for brass items. This year several other people had magnets and were checking for no ferrous items as well.

As scrap prices fell I was not doing as well as I would have liked, but still could cover my $2 - $3 bag cost! LOL And my scrap yard started changing how they bought certain items, #2 insulated wire now has to have ends off, no longer can cord ends and Christmas bulbs go as copper content and such... Still fun though.

2013 14 bags cost $28.00 made $158.00 so profit after bags was $130.00. $9.29 per bag after bag cost of $2
2014 15 bags cost $30.00 made $185.98 so profit after bags was $155.98. $10.40 per bag after bag cost of $2
2015 10 bags cost $30.00 made $121.31 so profit after bags was $91.31. $9.13 per bag after bag cost of $3
2016 12 bags cost $36.00 made $168.69 so profit after bags was $132.69. $11.06 per bag after bag cost of $3
2017 11 bags cost $33.00 made $137.69 so profit after bags was $104.69. $9.52 per bag after bag cost of $3
