A friend of mine just bought a new house. He wants it to look just right, and I've been there. It looks fine as is right now, but he is super particular.
He and his wife texted me photos of 4 ceiling fans that are all mine for the taking- all four look nearly new and work just fine.
So I stopped by to pick up the fans and he added a few more things to my pile of stuff:
1 more ceiling fan (so now 5 total)
Chandelier
Set of fireplace tools
Metal dust pan
Virtually brand new brushed nickel light fixture (with 2 lights)
6 foot aluminum ladder
Step stool
Maybe a few other things that I've forgotten about now
He hasn't totally unpacked yet, so I suspect there could be more in the future. He said he didn't want to see the stuff go to waste. Also, he said that in his neighborhood, when people place things by the curb, they tend to be gone in an hour or so. Thankfully they called me first!
