I'm pretty sure that we have a similar thread on kids on this forum. Surely some of you have a story of something funny/naive that your wife has said.
Mine:
Today I received the $50 face value silver coins I had ordered from APMEX. I didn't know if it would be dimes, quarters or halves because $ 50 face in any denomination is the same amount of silver.
Turns out, it was a really cute bank bag looking thing with a ziptie lock on it.
Anyway.
I opened it up, wifey was sitting in her chair reading the grocery ad flyer that came today too.
I said, "Cool. It's dimes. There's some mercury dimes in here, too!"
At this point... God bless her... She turned and exclaimed......
"But I thought they were supposed to be silver."
It took me about 5 minutes to quit laughing long enough to explain it...
