Does it have gold?

It's a oscillator of some sort. A oldish one.
They do have Gold solder around the edges where you can see it and inside there's probably Gold or Gold plated or Silver wires & probably more Gold soldering on the contacts.

They do have their own price per Kg if you can get enough of them, and there's lots of different sorts but they all pretty much look similar. Just varying sizes.
There's other sorts without Gold soldering, in Stainless steel packages. Most old tube TVs had at least one. File or grind the top edge corners off & open it ( be very careful of the sharp edges ) & see inside it. It's either two thin glass plates or a longish thin glass plate with wires soldered to it & very fine etchings on the glass.
