New to me, 1.5 HP Enterprise Meat Grinder

Go green the man behind the curtain said.

There's money to be made, too make up for the shortage of profits made from e-waste as available stock dwindles I've added tallow, bone meal and dog food.

    Yea butcher scraps.

Anyhow this is the new grinder recently purchased, Enterprise 1.5 horse power with a #32 head. The secret to rendering is to first grind the fat.

The grinder is located in Gimli Manitoba which brings to mind this documentary based on a true story when an Air Canada plane makes an emergency landing on an old airport which has become a race track. The pilot pulls off an incredible act of bravery.
