Got a load of coin-op games today

I went by where they are remodeling a Chuck-E-Cheese and was really surprized to find four large coin operated games in the dumpster. I already had a pretty full truck so I flipped the dollar bill/token changer in the back and a Whack-a-mole machine. I'll have to go back to get the other two tomorrow.

The dollar changer was very heavy and full of tokens, which go to my kids. Thats a new one for me but I have scrapped other vending machines before (I scrapped a tampon machine once!).

I'm sure the dollar changer is worth more as a machine but I don't have the time or space to try to sell it so it's going with the next load.

If they left tokens be sure to check for bills to maybe they forgot to empty the bill accumulator.

Other bigger fish to fry? I hope you at least try and sell the arcade games.

I might try. The Whack-a-mole was missing peices so it's getting scrapped. The other big one is some sort of race car sit in. If I can get it running (I'm just assuming it's not since it's in the dumpster) I might set it up for my kids to play with.

I checked the bill bins but no dice, they were clean.

I would sell all as project you would get way more than scrap and less work.

Well I'm hanging onto the dollar changer for now but I had to get the Whack-a-mole gone. I work out of my house and my neighbors have a hissy fit if I have some big bit of junk in the yard. I sorta wanted to keep it for myself and did keep the display on top because it's pretty funny, instead of "Whack-a-mole" the name of the game is "Toddler whack". That just isn't right
