got 2 single wide frames to cut up this week, if I remember they are about 8 to 900 lbs each #1 prepaired, one still has the floor, hate that, it is the toughest job of the tear down.

Yep, we're still working on a floor that is 1" plywood and screwed down every 6". They sure did not want this one to come up. We bent a pry bar 5' long and the handle was 2" pipe.
I had one like that once, I was fortunate enough to be able to burn the floor off. Nice little bon fire.
Too much growth around, I'm afraid we'll set the woods on fire. So far we're using the sawzall and cutting the floor around the frame braces and after the piece of floor is gone, we knock the rest loose with a BF hammer.
