Im just curious more then anything.
Yes this value does not include the time, cost in materials, labour employed, transport costs accomodation, costs of the refinery and the large initial outlay needed to start the business. However, it also does not include other precious metals content, silver adding another $2.40 per board dont know about the other 2.
If you want a rough estimate of the other types of boards do them as a % vs the prices given for a motherboard.

Be very careful my dad got a very nasty burn from drain cleaner which is 50% sulphuric. Whilst he was pouring it into the sink it has a crack it and also came out the bottom. He was leaning over the sink pouring it in as he's a short arse like me and by the time it pooled on the table top down to his stomach and he realised, a lot had already gone on him. Unlike other acids it doesnt need water for it to behave like an acid, it's also a very strong dehydrating agent -strong enough to make its own water from the hydrogen and oxygen in your muscle and fat. This left behind a nice chunk of of his stomach that had turned to carbon. Thing is you cant even add water to dilute it -this would have made it worse by boiling him alive so he had to just add detergent and grit through the pain of more carbonisation of his flesh.

This is why I think it would be awesome to be able to see a breakdown of the refiners assay report or something to that affect. Hell I dont know what is in them boards all i know is company x pays this much and company y pays this much. Im going to have to do some google searching and maybe learn something new. Im not sure any mass quantity buyers will share this info. Might be a company secret just thaught it would be cool to know is all.

grind one up and get a friend or someone you know who works in a lab or is studying inorganic chemistry at uni to use their spectrometer. Hey presto, you have your answer
