Got an email from a guy I've gotten stuff from before that he had "a little mixed metal" for me. These were part of the load. Didn't ask him what these were from. Wish I had. Do you know what they are and what's inside the tubing?

Another view. I cut off a 4" piece and opened it up. You can see the piece I cut off in the lower-right of the coil. Inside was copper. The 4" piece of copper weighed half a pound.
I am not sure what that is but i could find out easy enough! I'll see if i can have you an answer by tomorrow ... my uncle's been in the buisness for about 40 years and he knows evvvvvvvvvvvverything =} I'll see what he has to say about this
I cant think now what it is, but it is all copper!

Possibly a microwave wave guide.
Mick that dryer motor laying in the back of your truck, give the windings a scratch test through one of the vents, if it's aluminum toss it into breakage.
