Rain..about time an at bad timing.

Yesterday is started raining pretty good. We need the rain so I am not going to start saying mean things to the sky...we need it.

But I pulled up with a fully loaded trailer that we HAD to get emptied before I an my workers cut off to go home for the weekend. (could not save it for Monday due to another pick up we have in the morning and getting things ready for the out of town trip that's on Tuesday).

safe to say...we all ended up alittle wet an not to happy about it..but at the same time it felt good to work in the rain again.

reminds me of the days I use to work at power plants building them and the rain moves on in and they tell us we are working in the rain an we have to switch to hand tools only because we can use power tools. I hate those days...but at the same time I miss them....building something larger than your self from start to end an seeing it RUN/WORK after you get done building it, testing it an test run. Just plain awesome.

I am praying that it rains all weekend.

If there is no lighting...best time to fish. In a light rain the fish come alive!

Glad to hear that TX finally got some rain, Tx and AZ are about the same rain wise. We always need it in our area. Had a good rain last week and thankfully didn't interfer with our dumster diving too much.

I was glad to see it as my pasture needed it badly, BUT, I took in a load Saturday morning with my 16ft flatbed and I knew it would probably be pretty slick due to mud. Well, dang near got stuck, had to back up several times, but it did get emptied. And another problem is I unloaded a ton of tin, and gained about 40 pounds of weight back due to mud on the tires. Oh well, not much can be done about it.
