    1185 lbs of short steel should have netted you almost $1300
    NO WAY!
    No yard pays that good! That's almost $1.10 a lb. for steel,WOW.

    6 weeks ago i sold 1375lb of #1 unprepared steel. i got $195. that was at .1425/lb. prices were good.
    This morning i got .1175... c'est la vie!

    I only got help once at my yard and it was pouring down rain and the crane operater said stay in your truck ...How cool this was....
