    Was Curious About The Insides.

    Sometimes it seems it is worth finding out what is inside something. Last week we had picked up an aruba robot cleaner. A sandwich bag full of wires and a few e-boards. Also in that dive a beauty supply shop had closed and boy that was nice. The girls got fake nails, brushes, combs and hair decors. We have plenty of hair care products for awhile LOL but my favorite turned out to be hair clippers. I always wondered why they were heavy but boy I loved the copper I got from the inside. Now can anybody tell me what the heating elements are made of inside the curling irons?

    If those are professional electric trimmer/clippers and they are in good condition, then they have good resale value. The pro clippers sell for 150-400 when new.

    Nichrome a common alloy is 80% nickel and 20% chromium, worth about $7.00 pound as scrap.

    I have been hoarding NiCr for a few years now. I have well over 150 pounds at this point.
