Our latest load to the scrapyard.

Here is our latest load we took to Omni-Source in Goshen. Got up early to get it loaded and to the yard before they got busy. Appliances paid out $210 a ton, our payday was $145.00 for almost 1400 lbs. Last picture is sitting on the scale, weighing out.

I can say this wavecrazed, if that first pic with the green trailer toting the orange trailer sitting on all that pretty green grass is at the scrap yard then that is the CLEANEST yard I've ever seen! And you don't even have to knock the tires off? Man are you lucky!
And Mechanic688, that's one heck of a load! Congrats!

They have there own shreder and he took off 80 lbs for the tires and wheels on the big orange trailer. Each huge tire actually weighd around 60 lbs so I think it was ok. The first pic was at the country club of course.

Silly you,,, Yes those were stripped, they were just the empty carcasses. lol
Took that load 25 mile one way then had to go 50 mile the other way to pick up our new chipper. Haven't tried it out yet,
Also picked up another freezer. Busy day, Sat.
