People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

Not bad. You should make out pretty good on them. I have a pallet of batteries here don't know if I want to hold onto them or send them out as of yet. Let us know how you do on your batteries.

WOW, nice load, my yard has dropped down to .20 lb now, glad I dropped my price I pay to $ 4.00 ea. I'm just doubling my money on them. If my yard goes any lower then I'm gonna stock pile.

I actually started loading yesterday and finished today. I have a 41hp tractor with pallet forks which helps a lot. You can see the pallets down the middle. I took it out on our road for a couple miles to see how it would handle. Did real good. I usually call Exide and they send a truck for them, but just decided to haul these to the scrap yard. Sorry, but I won't be posting the payout. I negotiated the price I'm selling for and not really applicable.
That is what I would call a wonderful load of Batteries.... wow... were they all in one location? Your load has to be approx 2- 1/4 Ton ? either way that's a heavy haul of lead for sure.

No, I bought them here and there. Usually 3-4 at a time. Some I got free. I've gotten as many as 116 at one place but that was another load. You see those deep cell ones (tall, light colored up front up)? I got 12 of those at once.
On this load there 95 car/Lt truck batteries - average weight 34.5 lb; 14 Heavy Truck (class 31) - 52 lbs ea; and 12 Deep Cycle - 42 lb. Plus a few Lawn and Garden batteries and computer backup batteries. So, I figured at least 4525 ( 2 1/4 tons) plus pallets and 4x4's I'm using for rails. Trailer Payload is 4980 pounds so I actually have some left.
