    Gun powder & bullets

I found 2 old wooden boxes / one was a cigar box with a factory piece of metal to keep lid on the other home made.
    This is what was inside
#1)cigar box has a working scale made by pacific it is Not electric it has all sorts of mini weights to set scale I was not sure what it was used for but now i see it is for measuring
    gun powder FOR box #2
#2) Is a complete kit & working, to make bullets Still had some old casings and a few lead tips in box
Thing i find interesting is a gun fanatic could make bullets out in the field with supplies.

cool find. The scale can also be called a balance. Could have some value with it's weights all on it's own.

Something for pawn stars. Are you looking to pawn this or sell it?

Powder scale probably weighs in grains not grams.

If the scale is old it would also have some collector value.

grains not grams. It has a small brass coin size holder in that are the small pieces of AL with numbers on it . I figure it is from 1950's or 60's the cigar box is unique first it is converted to hold scale some one spent 5 hr at least making the wood holders. But it has a factory piece of band metal that flips open and closed. That box is the key to the year as even all i remember about cigar boxes were they have cheap box clasps to keep shut (Not this one ) this one shuts, unless this was also improvised , sure looks factory to me
