So whats that make now, 3 guitars in the past couple of weeks? Somethings fishy here...inconsistent typing, live by a lot of guitar players that throw guitars away on a regular basis...What's up buttercup?

Let's see. 1st one was in a front yard. This one? Front window of a local shop? Who knows.
Nope, it was in a dumpster
Its amazing what people throw in the trash nowadays.
I see no reason to accuse this young man of being a thief. The quitar shown is missing strings and all of the knobs. No reason that some one may have not thrown it in a trash can.
It is not like it is a valuable guitar. Here is a link for one that just sold on e-bay with an amplifier and and case and stand and all cords for a whopping $105
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ashton-Elect...item2316ed6799
I have on occasion returned to the same location to find similar items on multiple occasions. One week I pulled a box full of cords from the trash in front of a house. A guy was going through his things and thiniing stuff out. the next week there was an even bigger box of cords from the same guy. The following week was just a small box of cords. I ended up with about 50 pounds of cords and about 5 pounds of gold connectors over a three week period from the exact same spot.
Keep at it kid, don't make me regret standing up for you.
Well, whoever used to own them, are completely dumb to throw them out. Still decent, and just need a few things fixed.
Do you ask the owners of the shop, or the home owners if it truly is trash, or just because it is not inside, you assume it to be?
Not judging or anything else. Just trying to help you out.

At the risk of being a ****, it is also considered bad form to change the words of someone's quote.

Cool find!
Not to argue with anyone, but I tend to agree with Parrothead on this one.
I actually have an arrangement with a thrift-store on my "route" and I've picked up ALL sorts of valuable stuff,
INCLUDING a nice acoustic guitar I gave my 2 year old (...funny my toddler has a nice guitar, she accented with lots 'stickers).
I ALSO have picked up three lawn-mowers, six decent weed-whackers that the "well-off" area I patrol Mon.&Thurs. tossed
(5 of six :Old gas, other had mud clogging the muffler...stupid rich folks toss them if they don't start)...two nice table-saws,
an excellent air-compressor (I gave a relative)...
Heck when I unload at home (transit to scrap OR storage depending) I often feel my neighbors must think I'm going modern Viking, or atleast look like a burglar/ thief...Oh, I HATE when I'm unloading 5 or 6 NICE bicycles especially the childrens' ones how that must look...
Anyway there is a law I will ALWAYS fall back on if necessary that states when trash is put on a curb, in can it then is public property (NO LONGER PRIVATE) ...It's a law OFTEN used by law enforcement to obtain legal search warrants (they search druggies trash, find paraphenelia, etc., then they obtain warrant for entering premises).
Long story short(ER) : Only thing that keeps me from dumpster (besides maggots/smell) is a "No Trespassing" sign above it OR entering premises (Heck there are shops on my "route" that build military grade missile parts etc. ...No-No dumpsters)
Wrote a song about it goes " Dumpster diving, dumpster diving WOOO-HOOO" (sort of the beat of "wonder woman" song really)
Feel free to use those lyrics with the cool guitar my man!
It is something he found in the trash while he was picking and wantded to share what happened to him on that day in his little scrapper life.
I was thinking he lives near a music shop that he was dumpster diving. When I was a kid there was an electronics shop near my house.
I had all kinds of crap from there. I was at the tube testing machine checking tubes all the time. I wish I saved some of those tube type amps. Or even the tubes.
If I remember right this young lad was scrapping to save up and buy a nice axe setup. I respect that he is willing to work for it and not just looking for a handout.
I could be wrong but that is my take on it.
