    Good payday selling stockpile of rims/batteries and a few cats

    100 alum rims x $13 each= $1300
    23 batteries x $6.15 each= $142 approx
    2 BMW 530i large cats $130 each= $260/both
    2 Mazda MPV cats $100+$80= $180/both
    2 Subaru Forester Cats $60+$15= $75/both

    total= $1957

    have another 20 or so rims that I didn't even get around to dismounting so looks like another run in the next week or two. This was a new to me buyer in Redding, CA. Has a great hookup with a scrap yard it sounds like because he's paying much more than the local yards are paying for wheels right now. Cat and batt prices about the same so I sold to him to so it would only be one trip.

    Nice! I love Aluminum rims. Seems a lot of people ignore them so I find them free on the side of the road quite often!

    Do you always scrap the wheels or do you try to resell them at all?
