Start of the year is all most here!

I don't know about anyone else but the start of the year is all most here and I am starting to get my weeks filled up with things to do and places to be. Its going to get very busy until I can catch up on all the work we have in right now and all the new things that are coming in. What I can say is I am ready to get down to it and spill some new blood to make some new green.

My company name was Easy Recycle but has since been closed

Good luck with 2012 Easy. I'm setting up my goals for 2012. I had an awesome 2010, but 2011 wasn't that great. I have some new ideas that I am going to try to implement next year.

One thing to do...keep a book of the ideas that worked...and ideas that failed...helps you keep track on what works and what dose not work...and build on top of that.

I was hoping for a dead December but its been pretty busy...more so than what it was last year..so the start of the year has me sitting on the edge of my chair to see what happens.

Exact opposite for us really...We had a huge November and then things started to drop off. But the calls have continued to come in but they just wanted to wait until after the first of year. Glad that you are enjoying a busy time of year.

Really looking forward to 2012 as well. Will be my first full year of scrapping and I've been trying to position myself so that I can start the year strong. Plan to keep detailed records of everything I do for tax purposes but also that I am able to see what I need to do to be as profitable as possible.

Hire day labor...its cheap and they work there buts off for a few hours when you need them the most....something to look into...I have used day labor in the past.

We all do at times...that is why there are forums online just like this one....only if you knew some of the wild mistakes I have made in the past as well.

But thats what I would do...hire them to load up maybe brake down the things you HATE to brake down and things along those lines.

I now have a full time worker...but thats what I use to do....hire someone for a few days of work to catch me back up.

Yup can't wait for the new year. Hiring two new burners on the third of Jan. hoping that the flow picks up and we get slammed with material to burn up every business should always have to be optimistic when its the beginning of a new year if you aren't you shouldn't be in business.
