first thanks for the offers of help to work this deal out. I tlooks ,however, like something is finally coming to gether for me. It is going to cost me profit to put it to put it together but hope it will all work out in the end.

he has agreed to split 50/50



he has agreed to wait for the $ till I get paid.

He has agreed to make the first load, computers, boxes of Ram, Boards, CPUs ect.

he has agreed to split shipping 50/50 and deduct it from the gross $

I have agreed to take one load of printers in the first segment along with the rams etc.

I have agreed to pay the cost of help. transportation etc

I have agreed to advise him on premium Items such as collectable CPU, clikey boards and other collectables, and split the results 50/50.

He has agreed to work the same deal on the palet of servers and any other like items.

He has agreed to contact his connections and refer them to me. (he has one presently with 300 towers) (may need help one this one if it pans out)

we are moving the first load tomarrow 1 ton pick up and 12 ft inclosed trailer.

did I leave any thing out ? am I missing any thing? any suggestions?
