    Don't touch it with the next man's barge pole. Your health is simply not worth it. I'm not even going to ask how you would have disposed of the asbestos.

    Basically, tell the guy it's asbestos, and you're not interested. Then give him the numbers of a couple of asbestos removal firms. If it was for free then I could see why you might be tempted. But you paying him to do that is a really bad deal.



    Just my opinion.
