    Copper bars

    I see that we can buy .999 pure copper bars / ingots. I also see the prices exceed market value , so how is .999 pure a good value

    its not, its a gimic just like all of these collector coins that are plated in 14 miligrams of pure .9999 gold for $9.99 plus s&h. sounds really good until you do the math and it isnt even worth the 9.99 much less the s&h.

    guy just figgured out how to sell his copper for $16 a lb instead of $2, but those little ingots are not as easy to produce as you mightd think, at least for me they are not.
