Hi, all.... new here, but I've just started scrapping tv's, watched a video on youtube a while back on 'discharging's tv before opening it up, but I had a question... is the cone of wire ALWAYS Copper? I've noticed on a few tv's, and sometimes it's the larger tv's, that the cone seems to be made of a Copper covered or coated tin or something. Anyone able to confirm that? I also noticed the same thing with the large electrical tape covered wire around the tv. Any insight?
