    I recently was on a job shut down (for now) I was aloud at lunch & end of day to scrap , but I was also paid to help do demo - I did not even recognize myself from my past . All day I am hitting with a mallet (wood) to help tear apart & it was so familiar to me, I knew the weak spots to hit . I am a changed person But a scraper like me did loose focus from time to time ,like I see a guy tossing a door to dumpster and i said hold it . I hit the large door stop (damper) off felt like 6 lb well one of the guys says to me when you do demo don't scrap. At this point might as well ask me not to breathe
