    Too much scrap

    well i just started scrapping cars a few weeks ago i only can do 1 car a week and keep the neighbors happy my yard closes at 5 and i work until 5 and so Saturday is my only day i can haul loads in. Its only monday and ive been getting calls all day and emails to go pick up cars. 1 jetta , 1 venture and 1 lumina . think i might need to to take a day off work to work lol

    it goes in spurts, sometimes you go all day, sometimes you just wait. you might want to check on a large storage unit the big ones would probably hold 4 or maybe 6 cars just an idea plus you could use it as a shop

    edit. i dont know where ur at but im sure you could sell your cars you dont have time to get to , to a local scrapper, if you only clear 20 bucks thats better than losing a car, ive lost a car by 20 minutes before so i know it stings

    Find a place you can park them until you have a full day to just haul. A small fenced lot would do, Mike.

    I hope the spurts keep up i used to be an automotive technician still good friends with my last boss looking into setting up a deal with him so i can use his shop at night and weekends to strip things off the cars and only keep say 3 there a week.

    if you find a place to park them out side make sure you remove all cats, batteries and radiators before you quit for the day, take them with you.

    if you ever need to sell after 5.. I will buy scrap any of the week.. or any day of the year holidays and all lol.. I am only 45 mins from Halifax.
