    Today was a bummer

The **** cord bandit ruined my score today!!! I grabbed a box full of SEGA, NES, games all the good ones like ninja turtles 2, super mario 3, section z, controllers, a ti-83 calculator, poloroid camera, voice disguiser, tape recorder, etc. I waited at all day to get home and play the NES, and mess with the stuff. I go to unload the box and notice all the controllers cords are cut including the duck hunt gun, and all the power and a/v cables were gone for both units!! They didn't bother taking about 20lbs in XMAS lights, but they ruined the game systems, wtf!

The next worse part is I find a box of lapels, tie clips, police department pins, and then I see a tie clip in a 14k gold marked package I immediately weigh it and it weights 3 grams, I figured heck ya about 140 in gold value, then the color seemed a little off to me and I notice the package had holes for earings and someone had stuck the tie clip through it, there were no markings on it as 14k! As far as I can tell all the pins and things are all non ferrous but I think non precious there is no sterling, or gold markings.

A few hundred feet down the street I came to a garbage can that had a couple pounds of extrusion and car parts in it, just so happened to be Tien lowering springs that fit my buddies car, he will be getting them tomorrow! I also found a nice dell computer with copper heat sink.

The nes system itself is still worth more than scrap. You should be able to sell it on ebay without the cords for parts at least.
