2 inches of wet snow in Vancouver BC and it's pandamonium! All-season tires don't cut it, there are wrecks everywhere. I'm 300 miles north of there and the locals know how to prepare their vehicles to drive in ice and snow, but the folks moving here to escape the big city are a menace on the roads. Keep the rubber side down and the shiny side up!
