Dumpster diving and a 6 pack

I found with out realizing . That from DD you get strong
it starts with your stomach, My stile is the dumpster rim is on my stomach and i lean in so the only thing holding me in place is my stomach
then comes the stretch. this is all really good exercise. next is going IN.
for me it's one graceful fly up and in . getting out . fly up and turn mid air and down land bend knees often with my hand holding some thing.

    I wish I could fly.
Determine never to be idle. No person will have occasion to complain of the want of time who never loses any. It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.

I am grunting , and i am sure my face is red , eyes squinting . and if the dumpster has lots of things i start to feel fatigue . But I just tested my mussel and it is tighter compared to 2 years ago . DD is great exercise and you got to be fit. I know i have been completely head first feet in air . what a sight to people that must be . All I can say is leave it to the professionals don't try this at home.

Did you have to get him/her out of the water to test em? Don't you want tender mussels?

Nothing worse then a tight mussel. I find if you steam them first they open right up.

When I had my shop there was a machine shop several doors down that had a scrap dumpster. They left it open and didn't care if people tried to get metal, mostly because it was full of razor sharp turnings and chips. You had to dig for the good stuff.

So one night I watch a couple guys pull up in an old cutlass, one gets out and dives in. A few minutes later I hear "OWWW...Oh F***!" The car door slams and they peel out. Must have caught a good sharp piece!

Ya had to hear it, but it was the funniest sounding F word I've ever heard.
