Wow...time has been going fast.

Had a few loads come in and was not able to get to them as my landlord wants to be a real....use your head on the words I would love to use....but he has been causing issues stealing **** and new thing he told me he will do is have my trailers towed tonight...I removed the one trailer I cant have towed and I will let him tow the one....if he tows it then I will just tack it onto the court case I am building on him.



In short in the last few days he has told me to get the hell out....cut my power, cut the cable line (no web) had a car parked in front of my door (of course he did not know who it was...but remembered real fast when I backed my truck up to it and got my chain hook used to pull pallets around...and auto was removed) and over all...he just went freaking nuts on me....still trying to find out why but was told to get out this month (told me on the 23ed) told him that he can do that as it was illegal and that the law states 30day....(already have that reported with police and they said if unit is locked call them and they let me remove lock) bet he still will try to lock me out...but not worried about it.

Boy ooo boy...its crazy.


but on a side note...it was fun seeing you this past week Big Tex when I was in town...I will say that was a long drive back to Dallas...got there about 12 that night.

Is that a landlord from your house (place of residence) or the building you just rented??? I sure don't envy you.

The warehouse I was renting. He just flipped out and when the cops where called and a huge blow up happened...the cop told me on the side that this is not the first time they had to come out because he "flipped" out and if he wakes up and has it in his head he hates you he will do what ever it takes to just drive you up the wall.

call a lawyer too. Do you have a lease? Go to a home improvement store, buy a cheap wired camera and use a pc to act as a dvr and just record your place 24/7 until you get moved. CYA man CYA

cant do much with him randomly cutting the power to the unit. Yes we had a lease but...well long story short get every lease checked by a lawyer because in the long run he can do some of the things he is doing because the lease is not as "clear" as it needs to be...but that also works in my favor. But I am taking recordings and getting paper work here and there to build the court case.

Still planning but I have to take care of the issue I have going on here. My mother is a New yorker and my father is a east coast as well....I was born and grew up in Texas...not the best mix to get mad...so..what he has coming is not going to be good but...will be done legally.

my truck has a 2000watt installed in the cab for power...he will turn it back on after like 8hours and just take his damm sweet time...

All the same place but different sqft. You could get in a place with the same size but cheaper rent.

I looking at a few options as of right now but even at the same time I was already looking as I needed another building and or a bigger building for my company...he just the topping on the cake and there where a few things there that I did not like very much.

Yea we have some cheap rent down here because its a very large place and a lot of warehouses sitting empty. I have found a few I want to look at over the next few days.

I love just looking at the rent there. I wish those were the prices around here, and I wish that there was that much property to pick from. I am getting jealous..haha.

Sorry to hear that man. Sounds like he isn't much of a businessman or people person for sure. Stuff like you are describing, would not fly around here!
