Heh, I feel for you. I end up letting them pile up as well. Been tackling the pile of monitors this week and still have a pile of printers. I do have some leads (small ones) lined up for the coming week, but nothing I can bank on.

My wife and I noticed that every time I complain it being slow, I get a call for a big job.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

Honestly I expected a much longer list. You have been a little grumpy and thats coming from an expert at grumpy. At least my grown daughter has stated she would be willing to testify I am the grumpyest old man she knows. Mike.

That's funny. Every time I tell my wife my tear-down pile is almost gone, I get a call or a few calls shortly after.

I'm saving it for when I actually want to work. Too cold and snowy right now. It really has worked for more than two years now. First time we really noticed it, we were sitting in the kitchen and we were brainstorming what I could do to get the word out better and drum up some business as I hadn't gotten even one call in over a week. We had just quit talking by a few seconds when the phone rang. It was an auctioneer who did clean outs asking if I'd go with him on a job in a couple days. Wound up with a trailer loaded with refrigerators and the pickup loaded down. Kept going like that every time I griped. Last time was last December. Two days later I got a call from an electrical contractor. I posted pictures about the light fixtures and ballasts. Now, I'm afraid to gripe till Spring. Afraid of what I might get.
