    You never know

I replied to a Cl ad for a trash compactor. It was about too far to travel but poster said he would meet someone half way if interested. So I called to bad he says compactor spoken for but I have a AC. So I got meet him and get a nice old copper laden AC. When we meet up he says he has an stove and washer at another location closer to my home sure thing I say. I scrap in a jeep wrangler so not more than 1large item per trip still with 2 trips I would make profit. I drove out the 10 miles get there and find out the compactor pick up was a no show now I had more than enough weight in the second trip to pay for the gas. Each time I met him he gave me some wire and copper items. One phone call and I made around 70 bucks. You just never know.
