LOL not sure how I missed this thread until it got brought back up...
I'm in the "Dildo Discovery" crowd also
It was an average every day EScrap pickup, about 4 months ago, and it wasn't anything super special... just 3 or 4 desktops and a couple boxes of odds and ends. Well, one of those boxes had a bunch of various computer/electronics related tools (got a real nice soldering iron/bits out of it, still using it today , there was a rather large canvas zippered case near the bottom. Looks just like the cases you see everywhere, with the little fabric velcro loops in rows that will hold screwdrivers and such. Well, instead of screwdrivers, they were lady toys! 4 of them, from big to small, strapped in the case just like they were tools. 2 of them were obviously electric, didn't look close enough to see if the other 2 were
I should mention I was still at the place when I made this discovery, with the homeowner standing right there. I said something like "oo I hope there's some nice torx bits i- hey now what's this!"
They were a bit embarrassed to say the least I let him have them back... and yes he was married, so I can only assume...
Also (in a different much more recent pickup) High Times and Cannabis Culture magazines, just barely covered by some other stuff... Wish I had gone through that box before I left, would have had something else to talk about! It was the kind of guy you'd never guess smoked the herbs, super friendly IT guy. But then again, just about all computer geeks/techs I've met partake. Especially in Vermont!

10 years ago I found a couple what I thought were Safes. They were opened already and empty. I couldnt lift them they were so heavy and in a 4 foot creek. Was going to go back when I had some help, about 4 days later since it was in a secluded area. In that time, it already was found by police and on the news. They were dumped ATMs from an ATM theif that was going crazy around Philadelphia area in the 80s-90s timer period I believe.CRAZY

this didn't happen to me but, about 8 years ago or so down at the end of the block a clean up crew was hired to clean up an abandon house.

they got to the back yard and a large brush pile. when they pulled the brush out they noticed a depression in the ground with some cloths showing through.

they tried to pull the clothing out of the hole but couldnt. so some shovel work was in the offing.

what they found was the body of the old grandpa. Grand pa had died some time back and the daughter and grand daughter didnt want to lose his ss check so they threw him in the burn hole and covered him with the brush.

had they not moved to Ca and abandon the property they probably wouldnt have ever found the old guy.

found a cosmetic head that scared the crap out of me on a curb clean up.

found a doubled head 10 inch dildo/vibrator, guess if u want to fill both orfices? left it there and a bum that was nearby grabbed it happily and said it was going to be a good night and ran off happily.

also found a dead dog carcass and a deer hoof hat rack?

In early November last year I was poking around in a dumpster and found a mutilated body. It was dark out and I was in a really sketchy area. After screaming like a 12 year old girl I realized something didn't look right about it. After poking it with my grabber stick thing I realized it was a Halloween prop. Scared the hell out of me. Managed to sell it this September for a few bucks.

Compared to the rest of you mine is nothing..going through a trashcan of metal siding some lady gave me(neighbor of a yard sale I had stopped at, networkin for the win!)and in it besides the siding towards the bottom was about 60 unused still in wrapper condoms, a few beer cans, and some other trash.

I'm kinda sad and happy I don't have some of the tales you all do to tell..lol.

I hauled lots of scary stuff over the years..one pick up takes the cake. I get a call from a shop to pick up a freezer unit..8footer. He had his hvac guy evacuate it and it was taped shut..he said "dont open it"..O.K...Its very heavy and smelling very dead. I get to the yard and they figure crushing it in a van would be best. As soon as they do the smell comes pouring out and it was instant BARF(4 of us). The shop owner had hit a deer with his truck coming home from hunting at the end of season...fearing a ticket he jammed the whole thing into an older freezer..which in turn died. Had that smell in my nose for weeks.

I remember one day in the summer, i was drivin down a road, when i came across a (really hot) girl chucking stuff out on the curb. i pulled up and stopped since i saw an older mac laptop, some other cool **** and weight equipment. I talked to this girl for a bit and she was really upset that her boyfriend was cheating on her. So she threw all his stuff out on the curb and told me to take whatever i wanted from the massive pile. no problem, filled my truck up half way id say bout 800lbs i got from that pile.
