So how much is he asking to make it happen?
cool! you take it easy out there OldDude
Get your rest first. Make sure he knows you were in the hospital and need a little time, but would love to work with him.
Yeah rest up buddy, it will still be there.
Maybe now it's time for you to drag your feet on him.
Whatever he's got for you, it's not worth making your health worse or dying for. Just saying.

Too bad about the child labor laws!
There are laws against having your kids help you tear stuff down? Put me in jail now
I was just having this conversation with my gf about our kid. What age do you honestly think is acceptable to start teaching your kids the ins and outs of recycling? I think this might need to be a new thread but at least I will throw it out there.
As young as they show interest. My 3 and 5 year old love sorting copper, aluminum, etc. into their respective bins as I cut things apart. They even have their own safety goggles, breathing masks, and ear pieces--they love it!
I don't let them help yet, cause most of what I get is heavy ferrous stuff, but my 7 year olds know where two different yards are, and know all about weighing in and out...
First trip for my daughter to the scrap yard the yard foreman thaught she was my sister. She is 15 by the way.
My 2 two year old son and 4 year old duaghter help me tear down computers. It does take me about ten times as long to do it when they help but it is wonderful that we can share that time together doing something that i enjoy and they have a blast using the screw drivers. My 5 year old can name most of the computer components but her favorite is the aluminum heatsinks. She has a funny singsong way of saying aluminum that is repeated by everyone in earshot. Its the little things guys!!!

Child Labor Laws don't apply to family businesses, unless it's a farming operation, or hazardous work environment.
Having a kid work in a scrap yard, would be questionable..otherwise you're free and clear!
