landing local construction, electrical, a/c, and auto buisness's how to?
im a newbe but really learn about this buisness. I really wana land construction compines, apartment complexs, auto shops, etc....... Any sugestions on how to do that. Id really like to get away from just driving down the road, wasting gas in hopes I find something on the side of the road. Also is it worth buying stuff to scrap?,

Plumbing shops, appliance stores, HVAC companies for starters.

How would you approach them? What kind a deal would you try and work out. Can you make more money buy buying rather then just driving around
Talk to the manager, have a business card, offer them so much a piece and that you will pick them up every week.

To be honest in the early days we bought more shop scrap than anything else. Problem is now days in my area we have so many thieves that the materials disapear too fast and it isint worth it to the shop owners to keep it inside. We still have a few shops that we buy from when they get a good pile. The HVAC shops we got because we properly remove the referigrant and provide a certification for their records. I still recieve from 3 of them but only trailer loads at a time.
